CDW has a beautiful culture. The work life here is so well balanced. All the employees are greatly encouraged to reach their goals. The learning platforms available are truly appreciable.
We see some budget cut offs these days which is little disappointing but other than that everything is super fine.

Change is inevitable, the recent changes to policies/strategies to move and comply with the CDW global team caused some disappointments. The first-ever layoff news in India was shocking, and I trust that they did their best to minimize the impact but it is hard to go through. Layoff justification is inappropriate by comparing with X(Twitter), it could be best for the business to follow such a process however this approach would have added fuel to the disappointment fire in the people's minds. Confidence vs Arrogance - Overconfidence may be perceived as arrogance during collaboration. Not all, will get the message, the same way when the tone differs. Respect the evolution of processes instead of complaining about the old people who have initiated and contributed. Transparency vs Confidential information - Our team needs to work on this and decide when it is critical and when not. The one-team mindset across the non-tech departments is eroded due to some leadership changes and the arrival of some new people. The culture and respect towards workers is really appreciated. Most of the Managers are just amazing that they keep any kind of dignity towards their employees, instead they mingle with all the coworkers in all the activities and doesn't maintain distance with their downline coworkers.
