I hate being here. Company doesn't know what they need to do. Every team has its own mind set and theres lot of redundancy with teams. No co ordination between internal teams.

Upper management keeps changing. Very bad with policies. Not employee friendly.

Frequent management changes, for every 6 months changes just to showcase themself they are doing good job, they don't know what they are doing especially global management which actually overriding the decisions of local management. Local management became Trump cards, new MD hyderabad is simply cruel to show the difference with just simple cost cutting. From past 1 year no one is knowing what is happening for products, why they recruit people when they can't progress....Read More

Frequent management and org structure changes. They forgot the principle of being friendly to employee, now it is not safe for employees at all. They don't know how to deal with employees now. The employee who got recruited 3 months back got layed off
