Cdk is very good platform to work ..the work culture is too good and environment is very nice . It will provide high level salaries to all departments except support freshers. Can facility is too good and work from home is available.

Dislikes

Support is a wrost platform ,lack of training and documentation in support .very less packages for support freshers after 2 yrs also they won't increase the salaries .no additional allowance apart from salaries .headache work in support .bpo managers and TLs who doesn't know what is agile will work in pure IT support .main drawback is no carrer growth ,the knowledge which we gained here is useless at outside .too much politics and lack of recognization for hard workers .they will encourage only over acting candiates .lack of team support . I started my career in cdk support . I am only the fresher in entire support .I used to work equally with 5 yrs experience candiates.worked very hard to get a grip on application support and increased my knowledge and skills by myself but it's useless :(
