I Joined CSB BANK on 30th September 2024 from my Father's reference. My Father's Friend name is Mr. Indrajit Pal (Area Sales Head) and Miss Puja Das (Deputy Sales Manager) and my Posting was given in SALTLAKE BF BLOCK (SECTOR -1) NEAR CAP CAMP (KOLKATA)

Dislikes

I faced huge number of Challenges or Obstacles while I was working in CSB BANK. I was used to do Field work as well as Awareness Campaign at Saltlake, Kestopur and Barasat Dak Bunglow More for purpose of opening Savings or Current Account. But None of the Customers took interested in opening Savings Or Current Account because ₹ 10,000 is very expensive for middle class family and minimum balance for opening and maintaining balance is ₹ 10,000. CSB BANK is not very much popular in Eastern India like West Bengal, Jharkhand, Odisha and Bihar. But it is popular in South India, Western India Like Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan , Goa etc. In North India like Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Lucknow, Chandigarh etc, is very popular although it is a private sector bank and it is a Kerala Based Bank. It has Headquarters in Thrissur (Kerala). So I suffered Chest Infection (shortness of breath) during my field work because I have dust allergy issue since my childhood. Mr. Indrajit Pal (Area Sales Head), Miss Puja Das (Deputy Sales Manager), Mr Dipankar Saha (who works in Current account and he sits on CSB BANK RN Mukherjee branch) these people behave very rudely and unprofessionally if I am unable to open a single savings or current account and they use abusive and foul language for insulting me in front of all colleagues, they tells me that you don't deserve to be banker, you are not in a condition to stay in West Bengal, you go to other cities like Mumbai , Ahmedabad, Surat, Thrissur, Noida etc. So I resigned on 26 November 2024 (Foundation Day of CSB BANK) and my notice period completed on 25th December 2024 on the occasion of Christmas. Everything, they treat employee like garbage, they don't have updated system they still leaving in 19th century no upgradation no employee benefit in terms of loan insurance anything no incentives, waste of time for career

They always ask employees to work on all the holidays even 2nd & 4th Saturdays and government holidays... Having concall till 9.30 to 10 pm... You cnt care your family and health

No proper infrastructure, horrible work culture, bank software & applications were not updated, net banking, mobile banking, QR code scanner will not work properly, Product Policy & process were not customer friendly, low level employee satisfaction, so that lot of employees have resigned. Still wondering how the RBI was permitting to operate as a bank, even a NBFC was much more better than this bank....Read More

What I like about CSB is that there is nothing good

Dislikes

Dislike is a very small word, worst worst worst place to work, TL hai waha Neha usko logo ki chatna pasand hai woh tumhe agar pasand karegi toh phir tum easily survive karoge but agar woh tumharr against hai toh phir kitna bhi kam karlo koi notice nahi karega. Just because of Neha uske team ke saare log resign kar rahe hai.

First your HR team and after that CSB supervisor politics, I have bad experience with CSB bank.....I m not gonna suggest anyone in future to join CSB bank 👍 I had one suggestion for you, don't play with your employees , and please make transperency with HR policy and don't give authority to supervisor to do politics after resign 😕

Nothing to like here. If you not getting hired from any of the companies or all doors are closed then join CSB. A completely visionless management only believe in handsome talk and grilling the juniors employees.

No product.... No banking server... They ask only business..... Two sets of employees working there... CTC staff and IBL staff.... Always have internal conflicts...

Nothing positive... Always speak on how to get business. No interpersonal relationships, Not Goal oriented, Not role specific. Not even giving proper training to new staffs with non banking experience.
