Wrist, no product but daily Target of LI, TD, CASA, LI is prime focus, you r just an insurance agent, they will give offer for one location then they will give other locations eventhough 3 months once they change branch

Work pressure is high and job roles they are offering is totally different when you actually get started the works. Senior management is totally in ignorant state for work pressure. HR is least bothered to hire as per market standards(lowest salaries are getting offered)even though there is huge gap in manpower requirement.

What I like about CSB is that there is nothing good

Dislike is a very small word, worst worst worst place to work, TL hai waha Neha usko logo ki chatna pasand hai woh tumhe agar pasand karegi toh phir tum easily survive karoge but agar woh tumharr against hai toh phir kitna bhi kam karlo koi notice nahi karega. Just because of Neha uske team ke saare log resign kar rahe hai.
