Some of the teammates are good thats only the plus point and can help you learning.

Dislikes

Training is not given, job security is zero, work environment is not so good due to bad politics in office. Work-life is very low and poor. The management is very bad the company don't value good employees. Hr department is so bad they don't help and even have knowledge of whats going in the office. Salary is not on time every month. I would love to work but management is so bad and its sad they don't care about losing a good employees because they haven't wasted any money on training....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
