There are multiple verticals in Caresoft, and each vertical works in a different way. Job satisfaction is an individual perspective, but overall if you are a localite it's a good company to work with. Job security is a guaranteed one.

Dislikes

Work-life balance in the software domain should be focussed and they don't know what it is, but at times you should stay in the office day and night even without emergency deployments. Project management is to be focussed on delivery aspects. The salary package is not competitive and appraisals are not on par with the work you did. Software domain culture to be improved.

Everyone getting the opportunity to explore their carrier in a positive way. I am still believing caresoft more than anything in my life. Because the Caresoft is a first company for me to start my carrier. Still I am working on past 11 years. I feel very secure about my Job and working culture was very good.
