I was called for interview as I am ex-CARE Risk Solutions. The current work environment has deteriorated. Under previous management, there was a clear focus on organizational and employee growth, as well as customer satisfaction. However, the new management lacks direction and focus, resulting in a challenging atmosphere. Also, some of the most seniors have people have been removed for no reason. I am sure the clients must have lost trust in the organization and will switch soon....Read More
