Management is very poor. They do not care for people joining at fresher level and have absolutely no plans / clarity regarding how a fresher joining can grow in the company. They do not respect your long term career aspirations. The business model is simple. They will hire a fresher at a very low package, make him work for two three years and then management itself would like him to leave company since they can’t afford him anymore. Management here does not care for your time, family commitments. I joined this company as a fresher. Typically the manager would not call you throughout the day. Towards the end of day(around 6:00PM) he would call you and deliberately give you assignment and make you work until midnight. It is not like work here is more. Managers would deliberately give you work at odd hours to showcase the senior managers that his team is very committed. Managers here under whom I worked spared no chance at shouting on top of their voice on their direct deputies even for trivial reasons. Basically the management here is a frustrated lot and have developed a sadistic physic. They simply take out their frustrations shouting at fresher who have virtually no say in company(in particular CARE Ratings Delhi branch). Under such circumstances it is very hard to keep yourself motivated and work in company. Despite your meager salary they would break your confidence and show that you are not worth even this much salary in market. They would show as if they have done a big favor in hiring you. It was precisely because of this reason that all my team colleagues resigned and left the company within six months of me leaving the company. Despite this mass resignation, the management did not learnt any lesson and continues to work in their traditional way.(Based on feedback I got from my friends who were still working there.) It is good I left this company in the first year itself. And believe me, leaving the company was the wisest decision of my life. The work culture is super bad. Two managers(not to be named) have created a goon culture in the office. They use dirty stares to scare employees and use rude tones to get work done. Always thinking of better job. Better managers in director level.

Directors think they can do anything on one analyst career. They look at favours. No knowledge about industry. Give rating based on other agency rating. No support in committee by rating heads. To stick,you need to comfort the RH in delhi and kolkata office.no WFH.

Worst. If u do not pick calls of manager, they will insult you. Even sundays they will call you and take update. They will often say look for job outside if you do not pick calls. They have no knowledge on compliance either
