Hedonic bosses. Hire & fire culture, specially in Sales, reimbursements & basic allowances are at the mercy of your immediate Boss & if he thinks he wants to stop your allowances for months and years he will, even though u would have spent a pot of money on client calls . Obviously if u do LIC policies from him, which he sells on the side, that can make life easier.
