Director randomly used to call analysts and used to ask unnecessary questions, Questions on personal life. Group head used to shout unnecessarily in front of everyone for smallest mistake one did. It is very tough to live in this culture. HR did very smart job in negotiating. But haha what happened people coming from tier 2-3 college are getting 11 lac salary and those coming from IIM Kashipur/ IMT G are getting 19 lac (many of them are those who couldn't clear even CA inter) Those who are CAs and are lead analyst working in this company for 3 years are getting lower than new joiners. If you are CA and are joining CARE RATINGS, Ask for 14 lac minimum. Also avoid joining Noida at any cost....Read More
