Pathetic work culture. People here working are not living beings they are zombies and behave like dead bodies hooked to laptops for the entire day and manager only comes to you to shout and scream and to make you realise you are the most useless creature on this earth. You will lose self confidence to an extent that you will question yourself

Too much work pressure during quarter end Too much low salary in comparison to work load. Low increment at analyst level. No pay parity amongst the employees. Case execution preference over case process and understanding. Immediate senior level does not have the requisite of expertise in handling a team or a case.

Combined attrition of last 2 years ~80%. Lateral hired CA and CFA with 2-3 years of experience earning less than 9lac pa. New analyst (fresher mba) from tier 1 institute offered 19lac pa. Tier 2/3 institute got 11lacs pa. Lets see FY24 attrition. Always told to execute more number of credit ratings (which increase revenue for company) which reduce time to analyze and identify risk factors and sometimes lead to not so reliable ratings. Majority of employees work like government office, pretend they have lot of work and do nothing.

Huge parity in salaries, people with 4-5 years of experience are earning lesser than people who have just joined from college. Max. Increment given to old employees this year was 12%. Lot of politics in the company. Don’t stay here for more than 1-1.5 years
