Always told to execute more number of credit ratings (which increase revenue for company) which reduce time to analyze and identify risk factors and sometimes lead to not so reliable ratings. Majority of employees work like government office, pretend they have lot of work and do nothing.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
