Likes

The work we do at CARE Ratings is very good. For a fresher, it is an ideal job to start his/her career. Great team to work with but that depends on the region you're working at (not all regions are same).

Dislikes

The salary structure needs to be re-looked into. Seniors give the same excuses year after year mentioning that base at which an employee joined the company is very low and nothing can be done. The same is for all employees whether you 're rating is A, B or C.

Work Details

I handle a portfolio of around 25-30 cases which are into different sectors such as Ports, Banking, Power etc. Analyzing financial statements of the company (past and future). Apart from these, operational parameters, industry analysis to arrive at rating

People leave the company not because they do not like the company, they leave because of their manager. And the hike for me was only 2%.
