Inexperienced senior team, local politics, no clear idea about how to grow, no motivation, believe in hiring and firing culture rather than grooming a person, Poor infrastructure, Traditional methods of working

It was pathetic, the local team have no idea what's happening outside, still keep on boasting they are respectful rating agency but than its of no use when competitors are taking your clients

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
