Some flexibility on learning new things, Lot of things to fix [but very slow progress], Not much pressure i felt.

Dislikes

1. Not happy with management, now a days its very worst, 2. Expecting quick releases and fixing Live crashes in weekends, 3. Strict WFH policy, 4 days Office, 4. Depends on your manager, 5. Learning is very slow, you will forgot your tech stack, 6. They will give falls commitments on your tech stack, after joined they will deploy you to different domain [50/50 chance on actual domain]

Work-life balance is good. They let you explore new technologies and come up with a solution and lead the development if required. Learning is good for freshers and beginners.

Lately, Tech in CaratLane has taken a back seat. The new leadership doesn't see Tech as a valuable asset to them anymore.

Great work culture and work life balance. People are nice, little to no micromanagement, Employees are given freedom in terms of how they want to complete a certain task. But things are changing after leadership changes after tital (TATA) takeove.

Dislikes

Upper management (top leadership), especially after titan takeover, company is taking decision where employee focus is less and business focus is more.

Nothing is there in Caratlane as of now, there are lot of politics going on in Caratlane also there is no further learning, you can survive only if you are bootlicker. There was one Manager(Ajay) he who supports North Indian people based on that only you will get the ratings, worst fellow. One of the worst company under Tata group all the top management has left the caratlane due to this toxic culture...Read More
