Category Manager - Gold

About the Role:

A Jewellery Category Manager is responsible for strategic planning, development, and management of a specific category in both channels Retail & Online. This involves deeply understanding market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to drive sales growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities -

• Product Strategy: Develop and implement product strategies, including assortment planning, pricing, and promotions.
• Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with key vendors and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels, manage stock flow, and minimise markdowns.
• Financial Performance: Monitor and analyse category performance, including sales, margins, and inventory turnover.
• Customer Insights: Gather and analyse customer feedback to understand their needs and preferences.
• Marketing and Promotions: Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales and brand awareness

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of experience in the jewellery industry, with a strong understanding of product knowledge, trends, and market dynamics.
• Proven experience in category management, including assortment planning, pricing, and promotion strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
• Passion for the jewellery industry and a keen eye for design and trends.
