At Capgemini, work life balance is good as company culture is ok ok. Initial salary will be good but appraisal and promotions are like nothing. Most leaders are arrogant and sometimes they threat for PIP. So overall experience is average.

I don't know about other projects, WBD is one of the old client they have, but if you ask employees in particular Apac shift, it's worst working here, the manager, senior manager and so called team lead are really worst, they have crossed the limit of micromanaging, won't allow for sick leave, not even proper KT, without that they ask you to work for more than 15hr, just you have to count your days and wait for right time, take the experience and go for another job. Because that's what other people did and moved to another job minimum within 6month of their job. The worst management you will ever see. Some people have become managers only because their husbands are in good management positions at the company, but they have no real skills. They don't even know how to adjust the brightness on their laptop. And for every small issue, even personal matters, they send an email just to have prooffor the future. They should provide more briefing on Capgemini company since we are not going to company from Day 1 as we are going to work at client location. They need to brief HR policy and company employee benefits.
