CapeStart is the best company to work for as far as I know, and it is a very employee-friendly company. They always keep the employees first and have multiple employee benefits such as children's education fee reimbursment, Employee Stock Option Plan, shift allowances, etc. Also, the company policies are very flexible and derived for the benefit of the employees. When it comes to the job security there is zero lay-off policy under any circumstance. Management is kind enough to take new initiatives frequently to keep the employees happy and satisfied.
