Position Overview:

CapeStart is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps and Sales Solutions Engineer to join our team. This hybrid role requires a unique combination of technical expertise and client engagement skills to drive business growth through innovative DevOps and ML solutions. As a key technical resource, you will work closely with both clients and internal teams to develop scalable, secure, and efficient DevOps infrastructures while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide real-time technical solutions for DevOps and ML challenges.
• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and efficient DevOps infrastructures, CI/CD pipelines, and ML workflows tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create technical proposals, presentations, and solution architectures that align with business goals.
• Provide immediate and innovative recommendations for DevOps and ML-related queries, ensuring clear communication of feasibility and implementation strategies.
• Lead technical discussions and ensure that proposed solutions incorporate the latest technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact during the sales process, addressing technical concerns and strengthening client relationships.
• Work closely with internal technical teams to ensure successful delivery of proposed solutions.
• Share knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and tools with internal teams to enhance technical capabilities.
• Stay updated with advancements in DevOps, cloud technologies, and ML to drive innovative solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance for technical initiatives.
• Prepare and present architecture diagrams, solution briefs, and technical documentation for both clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Any Degree
• Experience: 8+ years in DevOps, Cloud Computing, and related fields
• Technical Expertise in: Jenkins, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, Ansible
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
• CI/CD Pipelines, Machine Learning workflows
• Cloud Security, Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Python, Terraform scripting
• Agile methodologies, Automation, Monitoring tools
• Container orchestration, Microservices architecture
• Continuous Integration, Technical leadership
• Client-facing experience with strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in solution sales and corporate sales is a plus
