The company culture, vision and mission are really good. They arrange atleast one event per month to keep everyone engaged with fun and refreshing activities. There are many better chances to learn and improve ourselves. The new employee onboarding and induction programs were really smooth. The HRs are doing great job in collaborating, helping and clearing doubts of the employees all the time.

Dislikes

...ease approaches the developers were working till mid night to complete the work. Some might get the compensation but some could not claim it. Really appreciate if this could be addressed soon.

Nothing great about the company. Wasted 4 years of my life here. Extreme work pressure; very less pay for the 14 working hours that is spent daily. No work life balance and on most days the Project Manager calls for work even after working hours. It was Hell.

Dislikes

So many drawbacks to list. The project manager and management will never be ready to listen to feedbacks on their drawbacks.

...henever required No Layoff occured during COVID Most importantly JOB SECURITY. Additionally, we have stock options, a yearly hike, and on-time salary. Our Company policies are great. The company recently introduced a Child Education Plan to help employees with thier Children's education. Moreover, the company offers flexible work hours and weekend off. Capestart also hosts events to keep the workplace fun and engaging. Working at capestart keeps me happy and I have a great work life balance. The company will value you and your skills. Capestart does not just have a professional relationship with it's employees, they also have a personal bond.

I love the work culture, management, career opportunities, job security, the culture, profit sharing benefits, Employee Stock Option Plan, LinkedIn learning materials access made available for all employees, treating house-keeping/security staff to top management people equally, child education fee reimbursement program, flexible shift timings for all, approachable management/leaders, overall great employees.

All good, but the salary could have been better. Work-life balance depends on the team/person.

As a fast growing company, the mantra often is "move fast and break things", which leads to innovation in a faster pace. That may not be the right fit for everyone. So, for people who do not want to be in an fast innovation environment, this might feel like a negative.
