Position went on hold...!
Last year, I interviewed at Capco Technologies for a Business Analyst role. They conducted five rounds, including a client interview. In the final round, I received positive feedback from the client, which the HR also confirmed. However, after 2–3 days, the HR informed me that the position was put on hold.
The funny part is, I found out that some of my friends went through the exact same experience. Makes you wonder why companies conduct interviews if they're not planning to hire.
