Nothing to like about this company. they are bearing dealers.

Dislikes

They never approve leaves. 12-15 working hrs. The business head has anger management & ego issue. Hr also doesn't work for more than 6 months . No fixed date for salary Guest house facilities are worst. No transportion to the plant.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I had joined this company with high hopes, my experience has left me feeling more sad than happy. I urge you not to treat people in this manner, as they come with aspirations, only to face disappointment.

The Organization person lie during the interview to get the job done, then forget what they said, they make a commitment that the salary will increase in 3 months or it will become permanent, but not.. One of the worst organization in odisha, no any one please join this organization.

First of all, there is nothing to be called a company. Its a 2nd generation bearing distributor. Nothing to be like about, salary is credited in mid month, big chunk of salary is deducted as to repay your own money as bonus, no appraisal for years, no salary slip is given, people leaving every month, forcefully high rating given on google, kindly try to reach to real people worked.
