As a learner, it was an amazing place to learn about PR. The mentors are really good, they guide very well and are extremely helpful.

Dislikes

They have huge office politics. Sometimes employee do backbiting behind other employees. Work-life balance is very poor. They do not pay the interns but make them stay and work over time. Some of the employees are rude without any proper reason.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
