OVERALL IT'S GOOD BUT EXPECTATIONS ARE VERY HIGH FROM A NON PRODUCTIVE BELT/SET OF BRANCHES. APPRAISALS ARE FAIR WITH GOOD INCENTIVES.

BASIC IT FACILITY FOR WORKERS AS WELL AS FOR THE CUSTOMER ARE LACKING. LOW WORKFORCE WITH HIGHER EXPECTATIONS ARE THERE FOR MAKING THINGS HARD FOR THE FRONT LINERS. MISS SELL OF PRODUCTS ARE HIGHER DUE TO HUGE PRESSURE AND PERSISTENCY ARE LOW DUE TO THAT.

Work Details

Job is good at first but it depends on the location which any person gets. Higher expectations have let me down from a rural belt. But Leaders are somewhere supportive, not every time but sometimes.

Best thing about canara hsbc obc life insurance is timming,and also payouts are good,also gets good support from the banks as well.

Dislikes

Management is worst whether it is low level management or middle level management especially east region in which I was posted .and apart from all this the main part is politics, there is no politics between ground level colleagues but politics is in the management only.(this is only for east region)
