high level micromanagement, toxic work culture, expectations to work long hours at peanut salary, very dictatorial in nature and no space for your creativity or opinion to be considered. you will find yourself taking orders more than actually doing good quality work and using your own b rain into it. i have personally seen the ceo YELL literally YELL and be verbally abusive to employees. most members in the my team were underpaid for their calibre and expierience in the name of being "freshers". also minimum 9 hours (easily goes beyond that on most days) Mon to Friday with availablity needed on saturdday. you will practically have to sell your soul for way below market level salary. apply at your own risk...Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
