Specially now this company is at it's worst. Many employees of this company owned by a contractor has left the company due to the toxicity of the 'Thekedaar'. There is no work life balance in this company. In the day you have to do testing in the Switchyard and in the night you have to travel to different states to find another switchyard. In this way you gonna work for 24 hours. There is no security in this company. If this company got it's site in Rajasthan /Maharashtra /Haryana then the thekedaar will order you to travel to this location specially in the night by a car like OMNIE or Tata Magic which is full loaded with heavy testing kits. If you are lucky enough to find a day to be in office then the THEKEDAAR will order you to go to his store and clean his rusted and muddy cables and kits.
