Have given ratings honestly. Kindly check and decide what you need to do next. No job security. You can be fired even after 2 days of hiring. No growth..They can make you work as a caller for continuously 10 years 😆..they will make you work like donkeys ..they can even ask you for overtime without pay. Do not expect salary increment.

Really a nice company to start as a customer care executive. Its a team work company but also apresiate for indivisual performance. Work culture is great. Most importantly the CEO is a very cool gentleman. So its a win win.
Dislikes
Nothing except moderate compensation. Really good for a Kick start.

Was a really nice experience. My role there was to attend US clients over telephone. Pitching to clients all night was little bit tiring and repetitive but it was nice with my great teammates and TL from us.
