Strategic planning and overall implementations. Strict follow up . Time bound task complition. I worked from 1978 to 1995 at various field management level in different states with different positions. There was performance appraisal , no politics at higher level.

Dislikes

Sometimes over ambitious. Not good listener. Devoid of understanding real cause of failures. Practical approach towards solving the real problems. HO sr managers were hardly in the field so planning sometimes misfiered the results.

My senior was asking to pay him 20k from my 30k salary. That is why i left this wonderful organisation. Because ultimately money matters a lot in everyone's life.

It is fine to learn here. Food is available just fine and that too after paying money.

This is the worst pharma company in India, I did not know anything about it when I joined, I came to know everything later. Here people are fired from their jobs without any valid reason, even if they are confirmed. The managers and seniors here do not have manners to speak and talk. This company never has full staff, either someoneleaves or the company fires them, that is why they have to work overtime for which they do not even get paid. Here the probation period is of 1 year and at that time the notice period is of 30 days, after that the notice period of confirmed employees is of 90 days, that is why people leave the company within one year. Nothing to dislike as company have own laid back culture. Training and development is not that good. Although company is trying to change but the union based field force are not that supportive and creating problems

High Attrition Rate of Senior and Middle Level Employees, Work location is far from all areas of Ahmedabad. When Promoters are in US, they prefer to keep meeting at US timings so late sitting in office in 7-8 days in month is normal scenario.
