My experience going very bad in cadila pharmaceutical. Manager not educated and nor to understand English. How cadila promoted this type of manager who doesn't know, how to write mail. My manager not so much educated and not to know how to handle team. As well as manager done so many unethical activities. He thinks he is the number one manager and he is the superior. But deep down . Team knows that he is nothing. Cadila is good company but there inner management eating the whole company. Cadila find the way of solutions and cadila need good management, who knows how to tackle situations in the worst situation....Read More
