yes during lockdown they maintaine social distansing buy arranging more bus, routine temperture check up, providing mask and sentizer.

Dislikes

since i was woking for last three year i found there is no career growth, compensation and benfit are below the level.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are average, appraisals are fair and they give poor salary hike and no bonus provide for fresher

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
