Nothing to like regarding job .there is no job safety .company policy change as per employee department change .like.Qc employee having complete pay 3 month notice period and QA employee 1 month or 2 month notice period .thays why no HR policy

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same.
