Horrible atmosphere..no job security..they will terminate you within one month.. it's totally a mad house..no manpower planning..pleae it's my humble request you to all Don't ever join Cadila.. hire and fire policy.. they hire on hit and trail basis... Nothing good in this company..i am very shock.. Don't spoil ur career.. I m a HR perosn, giving u right advice.

One again don't join Cadila... Worst work station..no seating arrangement..no office boy to give u water/tea..No house keeping at office..no 5s maintained...a day will come this company will shut down.. fire will caught everywhere ..these political ppple get curse of employees whom they harrassed.

Mercurial Promoter .. takes decision on whim and fancies hurting the business and Careers of the employee Unrealistic business targets and VERY HIGH SALARY given to leaders to perform on the targets and they fails miserably and are than Sacked

High Attrition Rate of Senior and Middle Level Employees, Work location is far from all areas of Ahmedabad. When Promoters are in US, they prefer to keep meeting at US timings so late sitting in office in 7-8 days in month is normal scenario.
