There is nothing likable.

Dislikes

Everything, there is no planning at all. Overtime stretches are daily even in weekends and none is worth full.

Work Details

Works here in Cadeploy are fine, but only if we get sufficient time, working for more than 12 hours daily doesn't make any sense or it doesn't make the quality too.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
