No opportunity for Growth in salary or Profile. No learning, company with more directors than the Managers.. Directors only are running the show.. CEO does not have any insight on company growth.. only focus on immediate target achievement.

No policies or procedure.. HR team has only one person and he is HR so called HR manager and manages from your salary transfer to leaves to visa to office drivers to facilities to everything which is non IT or Sales related. only focus is to meet targets.. nothing for employees.. Only plus point is that you get salary on time.
