Everyone is so helpful and good management and well structured organization

One thing would like to mention about pay cut as in pandemic they have started Work From Office and if any employee denies in they have introduce 30-40% pay cut which is not expected

It is a tough question, but as an answer I would say finance team works constantly and ensures salary is always on time.

Dislikes

Management, they do not accept new people on boarded and have nature of not working and not letting other work, if someone works the higher manager would hold you for mistakes no matter if its actually a mistake or a myth and it's just to highlight that working people are not accepted.

The Company is product base and having good repo in eprocurement domain. I like the leave policy . Every employee gets 24 Paid leaves.

Dislikes

Company only work in eprocurement domain and mainly in javaa. Very less amount of apprisial employee will get after 1 or 2 year of completion.
