Work culture, office politics, office environment just sucks. Plus they treat new joinees differently and give them unfair treatment if you are newly married. They have unsaid hierarchy and HRs only work for company benefits and ruin it for employees and teams. No job security at all if you speak up or not follow the age old system they have.
