MD & Director will torture you like hell, and one of the worst working culture I have experienced there is no rule or procedures to carry out any work like taking a campaign live. You will be restricted at every time while working on your own, if you want to work independently and drive results then you must look for another companybecause here you will judged each time even if you do good or bad work They just talk to you politely when you decide to leave the company just for the sake that C Com is a great place to work. The whole marketing department has resigned and some of them have absconded due to the toxicity....Read More
