The work atmosphere is conducive and the staff are very frienly. Everybody knows his/her duties and are ready to work as a team for success. The salary is according to industry starndard. Dislikes

The start up salary is like i said according to company starndard optainable in Nigeria. If opportunity to travel comes, sometimes compensation is not equivalent to the work load you get for out station work. Its a young company and training of new staff have not started. So old staff like myself have to take additional work to guide incoming staff. Normal work hour should have been 7:30 am to 5 pm mondays to fridays including break periods but we sometimes work beyond this hours due to client requirements. My work as the project manager is demanding. Sometimes i work outside work hours just to make us meet timelines. I coordinate all the other staff to get our goal so as to make the company grow. To achieve this i have to put everything in perspective.

Work days: Monday to Friday
