If i were to have dislikes, it might be related to any limitations in understanding the nuances of complex human experiences or not having the ablitiy to directly interact with the physical aspects of work.

Company is focusing more on Micromanagement. Managers are asked to get minute details of the ASMs. Unrealistic targets and growth expectations. Anti channel partner policies are being made every month and all partners are dissatisfied. Their margins are being removed, their sales are closed by direct office. Most of the old partners are already shifting their focus to other brands. For ASMs if minimum 30% growth is not met month on month then they will be shifted to PIP. No clear objective from management everyone is just hit and trail and all the Sales issues are on the ownes of Ground team despite management is taking unnecessary decision which is impacting the sales and no one is looking for the wrong decisions just creating pressure on ground team
