As a fresher, I could not have got any better company than this. I did 2 internships before, and I was proud that time. But when I was not able to crack interviews, I got BusinessLabs and they offered me an internship. They see for if a person is alright on basic things like discipline, integrity, do it now culture and spirit wise, and I was found ok, and from fourth month they started my stipends which took care of my expenses of hostels etc. They made my life hell so I learn. I was initially unhappy, but today after completing my 3rd year when I found a job outside, I see that 10year experienced people here knows less compared to me, and now I see, why it was necessary to get deep fried every single hour. How to work closely in any company with its founders is something I learnt here. Founders get an idea, while its team says, it can be started from tomorrow, founder says how can we complete(not just start) today. I failed several times at company but never ever any losses were taken from me, never ever I got any feel that company penalizes for doing mistakes. If you are a fresher, and can work 100 to 200 hours every single day, that kind of do or die spirit you got, go to BusinessLabs, beg them to hire you, if needed show your skin in the game, and you will be in. Dislikes

Only one thing, the pay is not the likes of big companies. But, again, all those big companies have rejected my resume. Some of the senior people are not mission focused is what I felt. Management or founders should think about senior people and try to directly work with juniors and that can help freshers and juniors.
