Admin team need some improvement. Need to punch out even if you are going out for 5 min and also need to compensate the same as they are very strict w.r.t timings. Only alternate Saturdays are off and fifth Saturday is working

Amazing work culture and great colleagues. There is no micro-management from the management. Various SOPs are laid out, and clear HR policy documents. I have not seen such detail policy documents in previous companies. Various initiatives for team engagement are fun and engaging, likeactivity Saturdays. Always got my salaries on time, even during Covid and the company didn't do any lay-offs. Got to learn a lot and moving forward to learn something new.
