Some areas to improve could be -All Saturdays off. Spending 9.5 hours in front of computer screen for six days is super tiring and can reduce productivity drastically -Declare more holidays especially for traditional festivals -Limited break times

Amazing work culture and great colleagues. There is no micro-management from the management. Various SOPs are laid out, and clear HR policy documents. I have not seen such detail policy documents in previous companies. Various initiatives for team engagement are fun and engaging, like activity Saturdays. Always got my salaries on time, even during Covid and the company didn't do any lay-offs. Got to learn a lot and moving forward to learn something new.
