No work life balance in my department and not not communication from management

They provide both side cab's, cafeteria food was okay, while I was working they were giving it for free but otherwise they give food at a very low price. The campus was clean. Used to love my first team that I was put into, the Team Lead and SME were very good as well, they were very supportive and were open to ideas.

Dislikes

The Manager (my team lead's manager) was a guy who used to micromanage things a lot, the company was becoming more like a BPO when I left it. They sent me to some other team, the chat support also had to make calls (ITS CALLED BLENDED NOT CHAT SUPPORT IN THAT CASE) While changing teams and job role, they didn't give a salary hike or anything even tho the workload got increased. The new trainer was an idiot sandwich, he didn't know what they were teaching and kept confusing themselves and the employees. The best part of working here is with the colleagues and the managers what I have however the work pressure has become so immense and such abrupt updates we get.

Dislikes

The only thing I would recommend is to give people a chance to work freely as I believe we are working in a Captive environment however the pressure is like a third party that I feel which is obvious to handle that stress even after working from home. Also, (as I feel) the salary what I get is not up to the mark.
