BT is a great company atleast from where I stand I can say that, got plenty of scope in working with different technologies and provided with lot of learning platform access since 2years back org is encouraging it's employees to upskill their knowledge which is great, and allowing to do certifications and reimbursement stuff with specific approvals. Specially they did not do any layoffs at critical time like pandemic and provided lots of support in healthcare and employee wellbeing side too. Especially any companies comes out with fla was if you fell in wrong project and for me where I stood since last 4 years it's an awesome journey initially it's always a struggle till you get to know people but once you know then any workspace will start to look as friendly which happens when you do the long stay and be the backbone of what you are into. So myside it's mixed intial days it was hardsome to finish the stuff but once I knew people I know how I can get my work done and get appovals go through. :)...Read More

Most of the seniors are cooperative as long as Bt fte and managers donot object vendors mistakes even though it may leak the revenue and cause the loss for company. Work culture is very rich, Work culture is better than FANG. Height adjustable work desk. Good for those who want to settle as people managers, technical guys it's not your cup of cake, managers will not allow you stay for long term.

Overall experience is ok, vendor software quality is very pathetic. World's best and worst companies are working for bt, for example Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, nd TechM, Accenture, TCS Infosys, Cisco, Citrix Juniper etc....
