The company changed my LOB , job role without even consulting with me.

The HR Policy is very very poor. The manager of Open Reach named Dibya is unprofessional.Putting pressure like anything, shouts on employees like mad person, does not even know a little proffesionalism. When I asked my relieving letter and confirmation for my notice period completion for my current company onboarding, she stopped receiving my phone. HR of Kolkata captive did not helped me. I had to escalate the matter to Gurgaon captive. Bad experience....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
