I was nice experience. But there is no job security, no future. It is best for temporary job.

It is a company with no ethics,groupism,politics.You will be fired within couple of months.Senior management will ensure you leave.Lots of harassment.No culture.No ethics.Intereference by owner in day to day routune

Hopeless you are hired for X job given another job which you haven't done and then shown the door for non performance.Actually the management manipulates you and there is a lot of mental torture and harassment.

They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
