Salary appraisal system is very terrible, Promotion is not done timely/no Equality, They do nothing for employees career growth. Company was in good condition till 2016 and after 2016 it is in bad condition. OT system is also bad.

Poor communication of HR, seniors, HODs and bosses towards employees , no hikes , no gains , poor benefits , poor locations of offices even sometimes snake 🐍 can be seen in ofc premise , no canteen , no pure water , no equipment . seniors stop juniors in their growth .
