Good work culture, not much pressure obviously differ project to project. My overall experience was good.

Dislikes

You can't join this company again once left. You will never understand the salary structure, some deduction on paychecks which will not explained by HR. At the last, HR are very rude in this organization, didn't reply back. FNF will take time and HR doesn't reply you back and if you try to call them, they will scold you badly.

Me**eads being the managers who are in the system since a decade and act like they know everything but when the actual time comes they use "not sure" to everything which i assume they learnt in a decade's experience ....lol Secondly, favouritism, which is holding this org to excel or this how this org works. Polictics is not the concern unless their brain works. But underskilled decaders are more challenging and a single person ending up with taking teams pressure. Fanally, people take offers and get a good offers from other org and then wont join and they know the reason but still they do it which makes me to think they dont need to get hiiii its just their brains are not enough to think bigger rofl...Read More
