If you are doing average work than your job is secure till retirements, good colleagues with supporting nature, very good group in kuwait.

Dislikes

Increment is slow.

Its free of mind no work load and work in office only.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Free Accommodation / transport / every year half salary bonus / in 2 year air ticket / after average salary there is medical insurance some person. Every year paid leave. There is OT in production department some times.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
